          BILL AND JOINT RESOLUTION PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDENT

  Cheryl L. Johnson, Clerk of the House, reported that on February 20, 
2020, she presented to the President of the United States, for his 
approval, the following bill and joint resolution:

       H.R. 504. To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to 
     require the Department of Homeland Security to develop an 
     engagement strategy with fusion centers, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.J. Res. 80. Approving the request of the Secretary of 
     Veterans Affairs for a waiver under section 1703E(f) of title 
     38, United States Code.
