Suspension--Proceedings Resumed: The House agreed to suspend the rules and pass the following measure. Consideration began Wednesday, February 26th.
Gold Star Families National Monument Extension Act: H.R. 2819, amended, to extend the authority for the establishment of a commemorative work in honor of Gold Star Families, by a \2/3\ yea-and-nay vote of 407 yeas with none voting ``nay'', Roll No. 76;
Agreed to amend the title so as to read: ``To extend the authority for the establishment of a commemorative work in honor of Gold Star Mothers Families, and for other purposes.''.
Reversing the Youth Tobacco Epidemic Act: The House passed H.R. 2339, to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to the sale and marketing of tobacco products, by a yea-and-nay vote of 213 yeas to 195 nays, Roll No. 78.

Rejected the Walden motion to recommit the bill to the Committee on Energy and Commerce with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with an amendment, by a yea-and-nay vote of 187 yeas to 220 nays, Roll No. 77.
Pursuant to the Rule, an amendment in the nature of a substitute consisting of the text of Rules Committee Print 116–51, modified by the amendment printed in House Report 116–409, shall be considered as adopted, in lieu of the amendment in the nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on Energy and Commerce now printed in the bill.

Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure--Communication: Read a letter from Chairman DeFazio wherein he transmitted copies of twenty-four resolutions included in the General Services Administration's Capital Investment and Leasing Programs. The resolutions were adopted by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure on February 26, 2020.

Committee on Financial Services: Full Committee concluded a markup on H.R. 149, the ``Housing Fairness Act of 2020''; H.R. 4351, the ``Yes In My Backyard Act''; H.R. 5187, the ``Housing Is Infrastructure Act''; H.R. 5929, the ``Shareholder Political Transparency Act''; H.R. 5930, the ``Workforce Investment Disclosure Act''; H.R. 5931, the ``Improving FHA Support for Small Dollar Mortgages Act of 2020''; H.R. 5932, the ``Ensuring Chinese Debt Transparency Act''; Views and Estimates of the Committee on Financial Services on Matters to be Set Forth in the Concurrent Resolution on the Budget for Fiscal Year 2021 Budget; and a resolution electing minority Members to the subcommittees of the Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 5931, H.R. 4351, H.R. 149, H.R. 5929, H.R. 5930, H.R. 5187, and H.R. 5932 were ordered reported, as amended. The Views and Estimates for the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Resolution was agreed to, as amended. A resolution electing minority Members to the subcommittees of the Committee on Financial Services was agreed to.
