GREAT LAKES RESTORATION INITIATIVE ACT OF 2019
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 4031) to amend the Federal

Water Pollution Control Act to reauthorize the Great Lakes Restoration
Initiative, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
