  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 1494. A bill to strengthen partnerships 
     between historically Black colleges and universities and 
     minority-serving institutions and the Department of Homeland 
     Security, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 
     116-393, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House 
     on the state of the Union.
       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 5273. A bill to require the Secretary of 
     Homeland Security to develop a plan to increase to 100 
     percent the rates of scanning of commercial and passenger 
     vehicles entering the United States at land ports of entry 
     along the border using large-scale non-intrusive inspection 
     systems to enhance border security, and for other purposes; 
     with an amendment (Rept. 116-394). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
