     ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2020, THROUGH MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2020.

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro 
forma sessions only, with no business being conducted on the following 
dates and times, and that following each pro forma session, the Senate 
adjourn until the next pro forma session: Friday, May 22, 9 a.m.; 
Tuesday, May 26, 9:30 a.m.; Thursday, May 28, 11 a.m.
  I further ask unanimous consent that when the Senate adjourns on 
Thursday, May 28, it next convene at 3 p.m. Monday, June 1, and that 
following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two 
leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning 
business be closed; further, upon the closing of morning business, the 
Senate proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the 
Tipton nomination; further, that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate resume 
consideration of the Badalamenti nomination under the previous order; 
finally, notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXII, Monday, June 1, 
count as the intervening day with respect to cloture motions filed 
during today's session of the Senate.
