           MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT


                         Enrolled Bills Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the Acting President pro tempore (Mr. McConnell) announced that on June 
4, 2020, during the adjournment of the Senate, he had signed the 
following enrolled bills, which were previously signed by the Speaker 
of the House:

       S. 2746. An act to require the Director of the Federal 
     Bureau of Investigation to provide information on suicide 
     rates in law enforcement, and for other purposes.
       S. 3414. An act to authorize major medical facility 
     projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal 
     year 2020, and for other purposes.
       S. 3744. An act to condemn gross human rights violations of 
     ethnic Turkic Muslims in Xinjiang, and calling for an end to 
     arbitrary detention, torture, and harassment of these 
     communities inside and outside China.
       H.R. 7010. An act to amend the Small Business Act and the 
     CARES Act to modify certain provisions related to the 
     forgiveness of loans under the paycheck protection program, 
     to allow recipients of loan forgiveness under the paycheck 
     protection program to defer payroll taxes, and for other 
     purposes.
