                       TAXPAYER FIRST ACT OF 2019

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the question on agreeing to the motion to concur 
in the Senate amendments to the bill (H.R. 1957) to amend the Internal 
Revenue Code of 1986 to modernize and improve the Internal Revenue 
Service, and for other purposes, offered by the gentleman from Arizona 
(Mr. Grijalva), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
