       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 139. A 
     bill to establish the Springfield Race Riot National Historic 
     Monument in the State of Illinois, and for other purposes; 
     with amendments (Rept. 116-439). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 1904. A 
     bill to amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 
     to make the Reclamation Water Settlements Fund permanent; 
     with an amendment (Rept. 116-440). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. S. 832. An 
     act to nullify the Supplemental Treaty Between the United 
     States of America and the Confederated Tribes and Bands of 
     Indians of Middle Oregon, concluded on November 15, 1865 
     (Rept. 116-441). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House 
     on the state of the Union.
       Mr. SMITH of Washington: Committee on Armed Services. H.R. 
     6395. A bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2021 
     for military activities of the Department of Defense and for 
     military construction, to prescribe military personnel 
     strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; with 
     amendments (Rept. 116-442). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
