  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 5804. A bill to amend the Homeland Security 
     Act of 2002 to enhance the Blue Campaign of the Department of 
     Homeland Security, and for other purposes; with an amendment 
     (Rept. 116-498, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Ms. JOHNSON of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology. H.R. 3597. A bill to guide and authorize basic 
     research programs in the United States for research, 
     development, and demonstration of solar energy technologies, 
     and for other purposes; with amendments (Rept. 116-499). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.
       Ms. JOHNSON of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology. H.R. 5374. A bill to establish and support 
     advanced geothermal research and development programs at the 
     Department of Energy, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept. 116-500, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.


                         DISCHARGE OF COMMITTEE

  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on Education and 
Labor discharged from further consideration. H.R. 5374 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on the Judiciary 
discharged from further consideration. H.R. 5804 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
