                   STRENGTH IN DIVERSITY ACT OF 2019

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule XIX, further 
consideration of the bill (H.R. 2639) to establish the Strength in 
Diversity Program, and for other purposes, will now resume.
