       Ms. JOHNSON of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology. H.R. 3607. A bill to amend the Energy Policy Act 
     of 2005 to direct Federal research in fossil energy and to 
     promote the development and demonstration of environmentally 
     responsible coal and natural gas technologies, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-510). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 3935. A 
     bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide 
     for the continuing requirement of Medicaid coverage of 
     nonemergency transportation to medically necessary services; 
     with an amendment (Rept. 116-511). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 5663. A 
     bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to 
     give authority to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, 
     acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, to destroy 
     counterfeit devices; with an amendment (Rept. 116-512). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 4866. A 
     bill to amend the 21st Century Cures Act to provide for 
     designation of institutions of higher education that provide 
     research, data, and leadership on continuous manufacturing as 
     National Centers of Excellence in Continuous Pharmaceutical 
     Manufacturing, and for other purposes; with an amendment 
     (Rept. 116-513). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House 
     on the state of the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 4995. A 
     bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to improve 
     obstetric care and maternal health outcomes, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-514). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
