  Mr. DeFAZIO. Madam Speaker, during the week of September 14, 2020, I 
was unable to vote due to the devastating and deadly wildfires burning 
throughout my District. I am working with the White House, the Federal 
Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps, U.S. 
Department of Transportation, and Governor Brown to help my 
constituents get the assistance they need.
  Had I been present for votes, I would have voted:
