                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate 
resolutions which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 719, S. Res. 
720, S. Res. 721, S. Res. 722, and S. Res. 723.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I know of no further debate on the 
resolutions.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. If there is no further debate, the question is 
on adoption of the resolutions, en bloc?
  The resolution (S. Res. 719) was agreed to.

Resolutions.'')
  The resolutions (S. Res. 720, S. Res. 721, S. Res. 722, and S. Res. 
723) were agreed to.

applicable, be agreed to and that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
