 ORDERS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2020, THROUGH TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 
                                  2020

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro 
forma session only, with no business being conducted on Monday, 
September 28, at 2:45 p.m. I further ask that when the Senate adjourns 
on Monday, September 28, it next convene at 3 p.m., Tuesday, September 
29; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for 
the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning 
business being closed; further, that upon the conclusion of morning 
business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 8337; further, that 
with respect to the cloture motion filed during today's session of the 
Senate, the filing deadline for all first-degree amendments be 4 p.m.; 
finally, that notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXII, the cloture 
motion filed during today's session ripen at 5:30 p.m.
