      PAULA ROBINSON AND JUDY SPRAY MEMORIAL POST OFFICE BUILDING

  Mr. CONNOLLY. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Oversight and Reform be discharged from further consideration of the 
bill (H.R. 3680) to designate the facility of the United States Postal 
Service located at 415 North Main Street in Henning, Tennessee as the 
``Paula Robinson and Judy Spray Memorial Post Office Building'', and 
ask for its immediate consideration in the House.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Virginia?
  There was no objection.
  The text of the bill is as follows:

                               H.R. 3680

       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 
     the United States of America in Congress assembled,

     SECTION 1. PAULA ROBINSON AND JUDY SPRAY MEMORIAL POST OFFICE 
                   BUILDING.

       (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal 
     Service located 415 North Main Street in Henning, Tennessee, 
     shall be known and designated as the ``Paula Robinson and 
     Judy Spray Memorial Post Office Building''.
       (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, 
     document, paper, or other record of the United States to the 
     facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be 
     a reference to the ``Paula Robinson and Judy Spray Memorial 
     Post Office''.


                   Amendment Offered by Mr. Connolly

  Mr. CONNOLLY. Mr. Speaker, I have an amendment at the desk.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the amendment.
  The Clerk read as follows:

       Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the 
     following:

     SECTION 1. PAULA CROOM ROBINSON AND JUDY SPRAY MEMORIAL POST 
                   OFFICE BUILDING.

       (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal 
     Service located 415 North Main Street in Henning, Tennessee, 
     shall be known and designated as the ``Paula Croom Robinson 
     and Judy Spray Memorial Post Office Building''.
       (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, 
     document, paper, or other record of the United States to the 
     facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be 
     a reference to the ``Paula Croom Robinson and Judy Spray 
     Memorial Post Office''.

  Mr. CONNOLLY (during the reading). Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous 
consent to dispense with the further reading of the amendment.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Virginia?
  There was no objection.
  The amendment was agreed to.
  The bill was ordered to be engrossed and read a third time, was read 
the third time, and passed.
  The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to 
designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
415 North Main Street in Henning, Tennessee, as the `Paula Croom 
Robinson and Judy Spray Memorial Post Office Building'.''.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
