                        MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

  A message from the Senate by Ms. Byrd, one of its clerks, announced 
that the Senate has passed without amendment bills of the House of the 
following titles:

       H.R. 1952. An act to amend the Intercountry Adoption Act of 
     2000 to require the Secretary of State to report on 
     intercountry adoptions from countries which have 
     significantly reduced adoption rates involving immigration to 
     the United States, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 8337. An act making continuing appropriation for 
     fiscal year 2021, and for other purposes.
  The message also announced that the Senate has passed a bill of the 
following title in which the concurrence of the House is requested:

       S. 4762. An act to designate the airport traffic control 
     tower located at Piedmont Triad International Airport in 
     Greensboro, North Carolina, as the ``Senator Kay Hagan 
     Airport Traffic Control Tower''.
