the House with the recommendation that the resolution be
adopted.

                  SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION

The resolution provides for consideration in the House of
House Joint Resolutions 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, and 120, each
making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2001,
under separate closed rules. The rule waives all points of
order against consideration of each joint resolution. The rule
also provides one hour of debate on each joint resolution
equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking
minority member of the Committee on Appropriations. Finally,
the rule provides one motion to recommit each joint resolution.
