- AMENDMENT1. H.Amdt.905 — 98th Congress (1983-1984) Description: An amendment to change the requirements that make a medical center eligible for free immunosuppresive drugs. Under the bill only centers that perform 25 or more of specified types of transplants are eligible. This amendment provides that in states that do not have facilities that meet such requirements, facilities that perform 15 or more such transplants shall be eligible. - AMENDMENT2. H.Amdt.640 — 98th Congress (1983-1984) Description: An amendment to require the SBA to conduct a study of loans of less than $50,000 made during 1983 and 1984. The report is to be submitted to Congress and is to include the size of the loans, characteristics of the recipients of the loans (number of employees, gross annual receipts, etc.), and the administrative cost of the loan. The report is to analyze the effectiveness of the loans for firms of less than 20 employees and needing loans of less than $50,000.
